Eligibility and condition
In everyday use, a request must be made within 30 days after delivery. For non-defective returns, the item must be new, unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and included accessories. Non-defective reasons include changing your mind, personal preference, or selecting the wrong product. Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items may also be submitted for review.
Requesting a return or exchange
In everyday use, contact us before mailing anything. Provide the order number, checkout email, and an explanation of the request. For damage, defects, incorrect items, or missing components, also provide clear photos or video of the item and packaging. Unauthorized parcels must not be mailed back.
Return method and costs
In everyday use, approved returns are sent by mail. A free return label is included in the package, and no restocking fee is charged. Use the supplied label and follow the return instructions so the shipment can be identified.
Exchanges and refunds
In everyday use, exchange fulfillment depends on actual inventory. If an exchange cannot be completed, another available resolution will be discussed. After a refund is approved, we return the amount to the original payment method and process it within 10 days. A bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
